Hong Kong schools are well served by the Internet infrastructure; all computers are networked and connected to the Internet via Broadband plus wireless network. E-learning platforms exist at all schools although the level of sophistication differs from school to school. Strategic Plan: The Prime Minister launched the ‘Education Development Strategic Plan for 2011-2020’ to overhaul the entire education system: ‘It is imperative to conduct radical and comprehensive innovation of Vietnamese education in the direction of standardisation, modernisation and internationalisation’

Programme: The Government is urging for management and finance reforms in the education sector to improve education quality: improvement in proficiency in foreign medium of instruction, reduction of textbook contents, adoption of IT and more investment in schools.
